Three-dimensional filtering element for SCRL Micron Filter

A key feature of three-dimensional filter fabrics is their filtration thickness, which is not achieved by a single yarn or fiber as in 2D fabrics. Instead, it's created by a composition of multiple yarns or fibers, providing greater depth to the filter.

Filtering fabrics

Our filter fabrics are made of multifilament extruded fiber and can be produced using AISI316L or Hastelloy C276 materials.

Extruded multi-thread fibre fabrics have median robustness, excellent filtration efficiency, open area, and are easy to wash; they can reach very high degree of filtration, as high as 1 micron, with superior efficiency (over 95%).
